Venue Hire
Situated between Sutton and Carshalton, Highfield Hall has two light and spacious halls plus a few smaller spaces available for regular or one-off hire. We offer an ideal space for birthday parties, classes, indoor sports, meetings and other events. We have a small car park, with additional parking available in surrounding streets.
Main Hall
The Main Hall is our slightly larger hall, it is fully heated with a polished wooden floor, stage, accessible toilet and baby change facilities, infrared hearing system, and tables and chairs are available if required. Dimensions are 16m x 9m with a high ceiling, suitable for a bouncy castle. Maximum capacity 100 people.
Sports Hall
The Sports Hall is a flexible space suitable for dance, fitness or sports classes as well as birthday parties, and is big enough to accommodate a bouncy castle. Dimensions are 16m x 8.5m. There is also a badminton net available if required. Facilities include a small kitchenette with sink, and accessible toilet. Tables and chairs are available if required. Maximum capacity 80 people.
Coffee Lounge
A beautiful and relaxed space, suitable for meetings and small gatherings. Equipped with kitchen area and wall mounted TV. Maximum capacity 35 people.
Rear Lounge
A smaller room suitable for meetings and smaller gatherings. Facilities include kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and sink. There is also a wall-mounted TV. Dimensions are 9.3m x 4.7m. Maximum capacity 25 people.
How to book
Step 1: Please see our current Hire Rates, and read our Terms and Conditions.
Step 2: Hall availability and bookings can be made using our Online Calendar.
Step 3: To request a booking, click the + symbol next to your preferred date and fill in in the form. Make sure to include enough time for setting up and packing away. Instructions on how to use the booking system are shown here.
Please note our Venue Manager works part time (Tuesdays - Thursdays) and will get back to you as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 4 days’ notice for all bookings.
We will check your booking, then email you with:
– A booking confirmation
– A separate security/damage deposit invoice (required for parties and one off events), fully refundable provided no damage is identified, please see our T&C’s for more info.
– Any follow-up questions
An invoice will be sent out by email and payment must be made in full at least 4 weeks before your booking. Payments to be made by bank transfer. The exception is regular hire bookings which are invoiced monthly.
